Spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a large living room and a cozy kitchen / dining area. On one acre of land with a large fenced-in area of the backyard which is great for up to 4 dogs. Centrally located, seconds from Route 28. Walkable to shops, restaurants, ice cream and the Cape Cod water park. Only a 5 minute drive to ocean-side beaches. Home Layout & Amenities

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in dining area, perfect for casual meals before or after a day at the beach. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing with family and friends. This level also includes two bedrooms, both with King beds, along with a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom with a shower. One bedroom features a King bed, while the other is ideal for families with a Queen bed and two Twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

Outdoor Space

Step outside to enjoy the home’s large private backyard, a great place to unwind after a day exploring Cape Cod. Half of the yard is fully fenced, providing extra peace of mind for guests traveling with children or dogs. Gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs, enjoy meals at the picnic table, or dine outdoors on the patio with a table, umbrella, and grill. There’s also a classic Cape Cod outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach.

Extra Conveniences

The basement includes a washer and dryer, along with a variety of beach gear and supplies for guest use, making your Cape Cod vacation even easier.

At the front of the home, a small porch with seating offers a cozy place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. The porch also has gates at the top of both the front and back steps, adding an extra layer of safety for children and pets.

Excellent location. Beautiful Home had everything we needed

This was a perfect choice for our spring Cape weekend with the family. Close to a bunch of restaurants. Great fenced yard for the dogs to run around. Comfortable beds and a lot of space. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was perfect! It had everything you could need. Walking distance to Route 28 and convenient to everything. The yard is fenced in which is great for any dog owners. We had a great time and highly recommend this property!
