renovierungsbedürftig, ungemütlich

...ist nicht zum wohlfühlen und läd nicht zum verweilen ein. In der Küche ist der Herd und Mülleimer Schrott. Besteck nur unvollständig. Verschimmelte Rückstände in der Kaffeemaschine, auf den Heizungen liegt der Staub von Jahren.

ruhige Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Ruhige Wohnung, ruhige Gegend, trotzdem alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Küche nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet, da sehr spartanisch ausgestattet.
