There are dog walking trails throughout the area and beyond. Park is one block away. Those who live here are mature adults.
We have a split layout. It is convenient with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs (Wheelchair accessible-great for those not wanting to climbs stairs) and the other bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. This offers privacy between the 2 floors.
The combined living and dining is beautiful and comfortable. The dining room seats 6. Fireplace for ambiance, TV in living room and upstairs bedroom. Wireless internet. You'll also love the patio off the downstairs bedroom w/ table & chairs and appreciate the natural light from the skylight over the entryway. This property is completely furnished and set up with everything you would need to make yourself at home.
Bedrooms are large. Upstairs bedroom has 2 brand new queen beds (sleeps 4) and landing area, at top of stairs has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 1). Downstairs bedroom has brand new king bed (sleeps 2). Downstairs living room has futon couch that transforms into bed (sleeps 1). Clothes iron available.
Bathrooms have towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap and a hairdryer.
Small, well-furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook in house...dishes, cookware, silverware, basic spices, oil, sugar, etc. You have a coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, toaster oven.
Laundry room is just off the master bedroom/bath. Laundry detergent and softener provided.
Condo is in building with only 4 units, sitting back off the street. Not a party zone. It is a very safe area. Family oriented area. Many walkers enjoy the trails with dogs and children. Off street parking for one car available. Parking on street in front of building is safe.
We are 1 block from Rock Bridge High School, 2 miles from Rock Bridge State Park (5 min), 3.3 miles (7 min) from Faurot Field, 4.8 miles (13 min) from The District Downtown and 6.3 miles (15 min) from the Columbia Mall.
