Cedar Lake Condo: Beautiful, completely renovated, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo

Come stay in our beautiful, 2 bed, 2 bath, newly renovated condo located in South Columbia: South Hampton Villa-https://corporatelake.com/ It's a very quiet area with lots of trees and squirrels. There are dog walking trails throughout the area and beyond. Park is one block away. Those who live here are mature adults.
This condo is all on one level BUT it is on the lower floor of the building with a walk out grassy area.
The combined living and dining is beautiful and comfortable. The dining room seats 6. TV in living room and master bedroom. Wireless internet. You'll also love the small patio off the living room w/ table & chairs. This property is completely furnished and set up with everything you would need to make yourself at home.
Master bedroom has king bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) with an additional futon couch that transforms into a bed (sleeps 1). Sleeps 5 total. Clothes iron and ironing board available. Bathrooms have towels, shampoo/conditioner/soap and a hairdryer. Well-furnished kitchen with everything you need to cook in house...dishes, cookware, silverware, basic spices, oil, sugar, etc. You have a coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, toaster oven.
Laundry room is off the dining room/entry. Laundry detergent and softener provided.
Condo is in building with only 6 units and sits back off the street. Those who live here are mature adults. It is a very safe, family oriented area. This is NOT a party zone and parties are NOT allowed. Many walkers enjoy the trails with dogs and children. Off street parking for many cars is available.
We are 1 block from Rock Bridge High School, 2 miles from Rock Bridge State Park (5 min), 3.3 miles (7 min) from Faurot Field, 4.8 miles (13 min) from The District Downtown and 6.3 miles (15 min) from the Columbia Mall. We are 1 block from Bethel Park, a 40-acre community park w/ 12-court tennis complex, a fishing lake with a lakeside trails, playground, horseshoe pits, year-round restroom, and baseball/softball practice field.
The Grind Coffee House is located across the parking lot.
Las Margaritas, a Columbia favorite, is located 2 blocks away.
Shopping on Grindstone, 2 minutes away.

We have stayed at many short term rentals and this is probably the best. Clean, spacious, full of amenities such as snacks, coffee, water and almost any staple needed for cooking. Great location in quiet neighborhood. No complaints whatsoever. Will consider renting for any other football weekend.

This condo is located south of the FB stadium about 2-3 miles. It’s near several restaurants, so it’s conveniently located. And the condo is super cute & Kris, the owner, is very easy to work & communicate with. Great stay!

Fun, relaxing stay close to Mizzou

We came to town to visit Mizzou, and this property was so convenient to the college. It was also very quiet and comfortable. The owner is very kind and responsive, even leaving us snacks and a personal note. The property has every convenience. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood.

A gem of a place

This cute apartment was super clean and neatly decorated. The host was a great communicator and even accommodated a special request with joy. We were pleasantly surprised to find an awesome welcome basket upon arrival. The location is great for any event in Como. There is a great coffee shop within walking distance also ;). The condo is beautiful! Newly renovated with high end fixtures and accessories...yes, we noticed the Moen shower heads and thick, luxury bath towels :-)... They even had a welcome gift of fruit and misc snacks waiting for us. Very nice touch!! Kris was so responsive and we felt very comfortable with the location and living space. A big 5-stars!!

Updated condo. Super nice!!

Overall great experience, bathroom fans were loud and other than the stairs to go down to first floor, which was a bit confusing at first, our stay was great. Kris and Arv were very responsive and super helpful. Would stay again without my 80 year old Mom, she had trouble going up and down stairs each time we wanted to go anywhere!

Why they chose this property

This are a is a safe and friendly area. There is a park a block away, restaurants and a coffee house across the parking lot. People are always out with their kids or walking their dogs. Some people own their condos and others rent. It’s a great area!

What makes this property unique

I would like to think that my property is nicely decorated, comfortable and VERY clean. I have tried to provide all the little extras my guests might like or need including extra bedding, pillow options, coffee and tea, and a welcoming snack tray upon arrival.
