New on the seasonal rental market. Superb fully renovated air-conditioned T3 of 60 m2 with sea view balcony in the city centre of Le Lavandou. Quiet and secure private residence with private parking, 7 min walk from the main beach. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants.
Fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher etc... A bedroom with 2 new single beds and a master bedroom with a new 180/200 bed, equipped with a flat screen.
Bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels provided only from 4 nights. Possibility to take linen as an option. Cleaning can be done by yourself or by a cleaning lady as an option.

Nous avons passer deux excellente semaines dans ce logement a proximité de tout les restaurants,magasins,plages.Super appartement très lumineux, spacieux,décorer avec goûts et très bien équipé.Pratique d'avoir le supermarché juste en face.Grand balcon agréable avec vue sur mer , génial pour prendre le petit déjeuner et manger le soir.Hôte très agréable et disponible pour échanger.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié y séjourner et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

L'appartement très propre, bien équipé, je conseille à mes amis avec plaisir car en plus il très bien placé. L'appartement est traversant et voisins sont calme. Balcon vu mer et en front du mer sur le parc avec les paons...
