Parking is available on the street directly in front of the property. Please note that this is city-managed public parking, and availability may vary.
For convenience, we recommend using rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, especially during peak hours. The Metro Station is only a few blocks away, offering quick and easy access to the greater Miami area.

We charge a pet fee of $145 per pet/stay/cleaning. Any damage or complaint in the property due to bringing your pet(s) can be reflected in extra charges or cancellation. Please let us know when you're bringing them, if you bring more than one pet, the platform automatically collect's the first pet's fee, so we'll collect the additional pet fees separately.

-We have free High-speed WIFI TV with Hulu, Netflix and live Xfinity TV which you can get to from the Roku homepage, you must use your own credentials to login in these platforms.

No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
Possible Noise Disclosure
We want to let you know in advance that, while the unit is fully private and quiet most of the time, there may be occasional noise from nearby commercial activity during normal business hours. This is part of the neighborhood’s lively and urban atmosphere, and most guests don’t find it disruptive.
We’re mentioning it only for full transparency so expectations are clear — but it should not affect your stay or comfort. If you’re sensitive to noise or need anything to feel more comfortable, just let us know and we’re happy to assist!
