The heart of the 56m ² non-smoking apartment is the light-filled living room with a spacious, elegant sofa bed (2 extra beds, 10 € per day and person). The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. Of course, it also offers a flat-screen TV, telephone and Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), a triple-winged wardrobe with mirror and a chest of drawers. The spacious bath and dei practical kitchen complete the facilities. The ground level location is also suitable for guests who do not want or can climb stairs. On the west terrace in the garden you are undisturbed. It invites you to enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset. An underground parking space belongs to the apartment. Washer and dryer can be used in the house for a fee.

The Ferienanlage Residenz Waldhaus is centrally located in Zempin. The buildings with reception, restaurant / cafe were completed in 1997. From the Waldhaus residence - on the edge of a grove and the beginning of the spa promenade - it is only 200 m to the beautiful, 40 km long sandy beach. This 2-room apartment will have holiday periods. It is stylishly and comfortably furnished, creates an atmosphere to feel good.
