Welcome to Hazel Haus! This historic Fredericksburg home was built in 1929 and sits in an ideal location, just one block from Main Street. You'll find two comfortable bedrooms inside, each with its own bathroom. Enjoy the charming kitchen, and help yourself to the coffee bar. Kick back with a glass of Texas wine in the dining room and browse our vinyl collection for just the right tune to set the mood. The living room is the perfect spot for conversations with friends or cozying up to watch your favorite show. Hazel Haus provides EV Charging and has space for two guest vehicles in the driveway. There is additional parking on the street in front of the home.

Hangout in your own private hot tub room while watching your favorite team or movie. *NO PARTIES or use of the home for illegal activities. Our home is located in a residential area so please be respectful of our neighbors. As such, Quiet Hours from 10PM-8AM, will be strictly enforced. *

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

*PER FREDERICKSBURG CITY ORDINANCE, THE HOUSE LIMIT IS 4 GUESTS AT ANY TIME. IF MORE THAN 4 GUESTS ARE IDENTIFIED, THIS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT A REFUND. *

*NO SMOKING, NO BURNING INCENSE OR FIREWOOD, AND NO FIREWORKS ON THE PREMISES. *

*Use Hot Tub at your own risk. Children must be directly supervised when using the hot tub.
