Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Adorable

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Creek Street Guesthaus. We would recommend a few updates: the windows around the front door need a little more privacy, as you can see straight into the master bedroom. Also, the tree over the driveway needs to be trim, as they were scratching the vehicles as you pull into the driveway.

Excellent Fredericksburg Experience

The house was super cute. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and relaxing after a full day of shopping.An added bonus is the proximity to town and HEB!I highly recommend this place!
