Quiet spot in a walkable neighborhood

Chris & Kate were wonderful hosts! They were very responsive to our needs and made the checkin/checkout process quick & easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if the opportunity arises. The neighborhood is adjacent to the Greenville Ave shopping & dining district so there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Eating in was equally enjoyable as Chris & Kate have the kitchen fully stocked. We really enjoyed our month-long stay!

Cozy and comfortable.

We were in town for the solar eclipse. The space was clean and comfortable and close to very good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is something to plan for. (There is no parking on one side of the street.) Not a deterrent, just something to be aware of. The hosts were readily available and accommodating. Super friendly and helpful.
