Very responsive host. We had a plumbing issue but it was dealt with same day. It was a perfect location for our plans to attend Delray tennis.

Great location

We loved the location of the property. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our only concern was there was a strong smell of a dog/pet. The maintenance person brought us some air freshener plug ins but it did not completely cover the smell.

Fantastic location but could use some cleaning TLC

It was so easy to walk to everything from this location. Groceries, coffee, Atlantic Ave all within a short walk. The main issue was cleanliness. I had great communication from the property manager but there was an ongoing pet smell that was addressed twice by the cleaners. The bathroom was also not clean upon arrival or after the cleaners were sent over again. If you are not fussy about your accommodation, then I highly recommend for the excellent location. If the unit could be painted, thoroughly cleaned and the pet smell removed, it could be a great option in the future. The train runs regularly but the noise wasn't too disruptive.

Unit was received was not the unit we booked.

Unfortunately the Unit given to us was not the Unit we booked, our booked Unit had 2 beds 1 queen/ 1 twin and a futon as per the description, however the unit given only had 1 full bed for two adults and a child to sleep. Also the unit had a very bad smell and sand on the bed and couch, we did reach out to the Host she offered to refund me in full if we left, however I couldn't find another place on such short notice, she said she didn't have another unit available meanwhile they all appeared to be empty. I will not be returning.
