Here you will be staying in part of a semi-detached house with a separate entrance, located in the countryside near Castellamare di Stabia and just 2 km from the beach. Surrounded by nature, this accommodation offers a marvellous panoramic position with views of the sea, Vesuvius and the shipyard. This is the ideal solution for large families and groups who want to spend their holiday together. At your disposal are two equipped terraces and stone barbecue for pleasant and relaxing moments outdoors, a garden with flower beds and lamps. The small town of Castellamare has an excellent location, as it lies in the centre of the Gulf of Naples. It is famous for its thermal baths (28 springs), pizzerias and restaurants with excellent fish dishes. From the marina, you can take the ferry to Vico Equenso, Sorrento or the fascinating island of Capri. Visitors can also hire a private boat or take a private tour around the Gulf of Sorrento, Amalfi or Capri. For an exciting full-day excursion, there are several tourist attractions and historical sights: The "Reggia di Quisisana", a former royal residence just 500 m away; The archaeological site in Stabiae near Varano (4 km); The archaeological sites in Pompei and Ercolano (10 minutes away by car); The thermal baths in Vico Equense 5 km, Sorrento 15 km, Positano 26 km, Vietri sul Mare 28 km, Salerno 32 km, Amalfi 32 km, Naples and the airport of Capodichino 33 km. 1.5 km away is the "Circumvesuviana" railway line with connections to Naples and Sorrento and the cable car to Mount Faito (1,131 m), a paradise for nature and trekking enthusiasts with its many nature trails. Parking for one car on the property (standard size, no SUVs). A second car can be parked near the house in an unattended car park. The house is arranged on two levels connected by an external staircase and has thermo fireplace and ceiling fans. The external staircase consists of approximately 20 steps. From the car park to the house there are about 40 steps.

Vue juste magnifique sur le Vésuve et emplacement parfait pour visiter la baie de Naples

Superbe maison avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le Vésuve et la baie de Naples. Les propriétaires adorables, étaient aux petits soins et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour les magasins, les visites, le ferry, les plages et les bons restaurants! Petites améliorations à apporter sur la douche du haut et un 2e frigidaire serait pratique et des rideaux occultants si on veut chipoter ! Les nuisances du chantier naval sont oubliées par la vue magnifique ! Nous avons adoré nos vacances a Castellammare di Stabia !!

Superbe Vue de cette Maison

Superbe location face à la mer et face au Vésuve sur 2 niveaux ( chambres au premier et la cuisine avec un grand balcon et BBQ au deuxième ) Les voitures sont garés sur le toit de la maison. Propriétaires absolument adorables et très serviables Au bas de la maison il y a un chantier naval Il faut absolument avoir des petites voitures car les routes sont très étroites

Good location but unfortunalty too noisy

The house is OK for a family with 4 children and more, and well located to visit Napoli, Herculanum, Vesuvio, Pompei as for examples. Nevertheless, with the road below the house and the fact that part of the owner's family lives on the 4th floor, the house is too noisy. Moreover, the rental is on 2 floors that do not communicate, you have to go through the outside to go from the sleeping / bathroom part to the kitchen / living room, not practical at all. Too bad ... We were well received.
