Vacation apartment in a former 15th century post station on the coast of Lazio, near Santa Marinella, 50 km from Rome. The post office has been converted into a welcoming summer residence and has a 400 m2 outdoor area, common to all guests and equipped with garden furniture. From the small windows of the living room you can see the sea and the small tourist harbor. The beaches and bathing establishments are within easy reach and are about 600 m away. The position is convenient to visit the beautiful towns of the Lazio coast, the beautiful Maremma or to visit the interesting monuments and places of Etruscan origin. Distances: about 1 km stores of all kinds, restaurants and train connections to Rome (reachable in about 60 min), 10 km Civitavecchia (ferries to Corsica and Sardinia), 50 km Rome, 55 km Fiumicino airport. The apartment is on the second floor, with elevator.

Fabulous in every way

This apartment really has the wow factor. Set in a historical 15th century building with beautiful rustic gardens and a view of the marina. Inside the old stone walls are a wonderful feature and the accommodation is spotless and extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved everything about it. It is close to the town square, restaurants and shops. An ideal destination for a holiday near Rome.
