2 Bedroom, 1 bath one block to the best beach and a short walk to the Malecon.

One block to the best beach, short walk to the Malecon for shopping, restaurants, fresh fish and Shrimp. Great location for the Baja 250, Baja 500, Shrimp Festival, Carnival weekend, Craft Beer Fest etc.
Just on the other side of the light house from the Malecon behind Kiki's Camp and Rubens Camp. No long drives to Highway 5 ( which can take 15 to 20 minutes to El Dorado Ranch, Pete's Camp etc.) 2 bedroom (1 queen and 2 double beds) 1 bath with toilet, sink and shower. Full kitchen, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, propane stove/oven. Full service kitchen, everything you need is here for staying at home and cooking in. Very large patio with waterfall. Patio is about 800 square feet for entertaining with views of the ocean and great sunrises. Full size washer and dryer. Full time property managers. House is secure and safe. Full time neighbors attached that know all the in's and out's. Air conditioning units in every room.

Great retreat!

A charming, comfortable and spotless home with a wonderful front patio. The host and local manager were very accommodating and attentive. The beach was very convenient and perfect for morning and evening strolls with my pup, all of which made for a wonderful getaway.

Take a short walk to the beach or town after watching the sun rise from the Sea of Cortez from the patio while sipping your morning coffee. This property is not fancy but provides all you comfortably need for a short or longer term stay in the northern Baja.

We couldn't get the TV to work to get cable in the evenings lol but...... The house was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in would definitely go back and recommend anyone to stay there. Loved our time in San Felipe and the home added to the trip

The place is great but the old access to the beach is not available and the closest access is about 3 blocks. Besides that all was great!!!! Been at this place 3 times already

Delicious year end holiday

I stayed at the property over the New Year with my 2 daughters and we had a very nice time in San Felipe. The house is very cozy and feels like a home which was one of the attributes we liked about it most. It is in a quiet side of town with a nice view of the sunrise. The check in process was very smooth and the house was in pristine condition. In summary, we loved staying here and would not doubt to recommend it vigorously to anyone considering staying here. We will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cozy and the front veranda is great for hanging out in the sun and looking at the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can do anything you want, although we didn't cook at all. The host was very helpful, as was the local woman who cleans the house. It's close to town and the neighborhood is very quiet.

COOL SPOT...

It was a very pleasant stay for myself, my lovely wife and our adult son. The place was clean and inviting. The air conditioning units in each room worked wonderfully. It was located near the Malecon/public beach which is where we spent most of the day so it was convenient. Both the owner and the property manager were accessible and very nice. I'd recommend this place and I'd definitely stay there again.

Great vacation spot. Already planning return...

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and once again we had a great time. We can't wait to return next year. Our only suggestion is a new television and dvd player in the living room as the current ones tend to stop working in the middle of a movie.

Enjoyable vacation!

The home was pleasant and the property manager and her husband were very helpful. The home was a block away from the beach, however, in order to access the beach you have to pay. We paid 100 pesos per person per day. Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the home and plan on returning soon.

Marginal at best

Property was not fire safe meaning no access to safely getting out of there was a fire. It was not supplied well. It was not clean. Neighborhood was dicey. Dead dogs and garbage just everywhere down the street. Never going back to San Filipe. Overall nasty.

Relaxing gem

Clean, comfortable, and air conditioning worked great! Great patio for early morning coffee or evening margaritas. Host communicated well, and checkin was a breeze. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive or bike ride to town. Small, locked storage room for bikes/ larger belongings with a washer/ dryer. I felt very safe. I will definitely stay here again!
