It can accommodate 5 people: a double sofa bed and a single bed in the living room, and two single beds (90x190cm) in the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a four-burner gas hob, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a television. It also features a 9m² terrace with views of the sea and pine forest.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, and the cleaning fee (€50) is not included.

The "Les Templiers" residence is a building without an elevator located right on the beach. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. The building is situated in the area known as "Plage Nord" (North Beach). It's an ideal location for a holiday stay.
