Seasonal rental: small renovated semi-detached house, south-facing, in the desirable and family-friendly area of ​​Arzon, on the seafront at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan. Tréno beach, coastal paths, and cycle paths are within easy reach. Markets, shops, thalassotherapy, and the port of Crouesty are accessible by bicycle. Arzon is a town straddling the gulf and the ocean. Numerous ferry connections will allow you to discover the islands of the gulf, as well as Houat and Hoëdic. The Rhuys Kerver golf course is 8 km away. Many sporting activities are offered at the Fogeo Park. The house comprises a living room/kitchen on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 of which are adjoining), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a south-facing terrace and a shared garden. A washing machine is available. Nathalie will welcome you and be your contact person during your stay. She can provide bed linen for rent if you wish to travel light. Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures are before 10 am. The house must be left clean; cleaning is required. Between October and April, a supplement of €5 per day for heating will apply. Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental period is 4 nights, and 3 nights during bank holiday weekends. A Zodiac 5.50 is available for rent as an option. Parking is on the street. There is no bicycle storage. Vehicle parking is on the street.
