OCCUPANCY LIMIT 7-10 - OCCASIONAL DAY GUESTS - - HIGHLAND LAKE BEACHFRONT. This is a very comfortable and well equipped shorefront cottage, the perfect place for a family gathering-great spot as a base for exploring the lakes region of Southern Maine. Nice, big open kitchen/living/dining great room overlooking the lake. Small beach area, sandy bottom swimming. Three bedrooms - Sleeps 7 in beds. plus add'l sleeping on futon in the great room. One bath w/shower plus half bath. Lovely lake views. Level lot. Boat launch nearby. Deck, dock and mooring. Canoe available-bring your own life jackets. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE-
Waterfront/Lot Description: Level, partially wooded lot with 90' of frontage and sandy beach. Dock and mooring. Dock, yes. NO BOATS CAN BE LEFT ON THE DOCK.
