*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions.

*Fully stocked kitchen with all basics

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo

*1 king bed, 4 single beds.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics.

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

The condo is in an excellent central location, quiet and clean complex. The unit itself was spacious, 1st floor, near the outdoor pool and grilling area. I would definitely check availability for the next golf trip to Myrtle.

Nice rental for our weekend.

Clean place and comfortable beds. Seems like a newer rental since the kitchen was pretty bare and there were minimal towels and blankets.

Beautiful condo

We had a great week in this condo. It was very clean and kitchen was stocked well with every appliance one would need. Very nice and comfortable furniture and location is great. This condo is well taken care of and we highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Wonderful Condo in Excellent Location.

This was our second time staying in this condo and everything was great. Condo is clean and fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Make sure you bring beach/pool towels. Location is great and there is a pool right in the back of the condo and a beautiful lake to walk around. You have easy access to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Contact with the owner, Emily, is very easy and she is great to have as the host. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Quick getaway

This property was nice and well kept. Very welcoming. It rained the whole weekend so we stayed in. The layout was cozy and comfortable. We had all we needed to enjoy inside relaxation. Will definitely rebook.

Our annual February getaway to South Carolina

There's always pros and cons when you book sight unseen 6 months in advance. The pros; condo and grounds extremely clean and safe, plenty to do with walking paths, pool, golf and close to anything else you would need. Weather was incredible! Only negative was noise from unit above us.

Lovely location

My family enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. It is extremely roomy, and the twin beds were perfect for traveling with older kids and grandma. While some people like the hustle and bustle of the main strip in Myrtle Beach, we prefer a quiet place to sleep and unwind. This location a half mile or so from the water was perfect. It was only a short drive to Myrtle Beach State Park, which is a great place to picnic and enjoy the beach. The location is also very close to Broadway on the Beach for shopping, amusement rides and the Ripley’s Aquarium. All in all, it was a great experience. We would definately stay again.

Major disappointment

The property was dirty, there were bugs,ants, dead bug in the freezer! We couldn't stay there and had to make other arrangements. The owner would not work with me for a refund. It was horrible!

Great Condo in Excellent Location

Our family stayed at Emily’s condo the week of the 4th of July. The condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The condo is located near Broadway at the Beach, the ocean, and about 15 minutes from the airport, Market Commons and Barefoot Landing. All communication with Emily is excellent and she responds right away. There are several pools in the development and one is right behind the condo where there is a gorgeous pond with a walking path around it. There are bbqs and tables in between the buildings. Make sure to bring beach towels as there are 6 bath towels (one per the number of guests the condo accommodates.) The condo is also located 4 minutes from a grocery store on 38th. There is also a great beach area at the end of 38th through 48th. The WiFi works great in the condo and there are plenty of outlets. Everything was clean and updated and we felt very much at home. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Fabulous Family beach week

Everything we needed and then some for an amazing week at the beach. The condo was EXTREMELY clean especially for one that allows dogs. No pet smells or stains at all. No dog hair! The location is incredible for us - just off the intracoastal waterway, minutes from the beach, minutes from grocery stores (3!), minutes from Broadway at the Beach, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Very friendly community with security being a helpful, visible presence. Several pools and hot tubs to walk to. A big pond with walking trail out back. Safe, clean, pretty area. Inside the condo was everything we needed and many extras. Owner provided towels, linens, pool keys in abundance. All the appliances worked well and looked new. Decor was clean and fun - nothing appeared dated. Coffee pot, Keurig, blender, plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, basic cleaning supplies. Light switches labeled. Lots of outlets for us techno-lovers. Furniture is new and well-kept. Beds were comfortable for 3 out of 4 of us (there’s always one). She even had beach chairs and a beach cart! Ground level super easy access and parking. Communication with Emily was incredibly easy and incredibly fast. We would 100% stay here again!

The home was pet friendly but it also smelled like animals. The sofa smell like dog so we never used the living room area. The carpets on the floor need th desperately be changed as the rug in the master bedroom smelled like urine and was extremely filthy.
