*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 8 guests.

*Pets are allowed with pet fee. Please contact for details.

*3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Very spacious condo.

*2 queen beds, 1 king bed.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Large balcony to enjoy.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are hanging in the kitchen) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

Fabulous Sister Getaway

Great getaway close to everything

Absolutely a great stay! Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The property manager was very communicative and always friendly. The condos are beautiful and the pools a plus. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the lack of any seasonings and minimal pots & pans. Bring your own and you’ll have a fabulous stay! Highly recommend!

PERFECT

This is a return staying here. The house is clean, neat & well maintained as a property. Very very minor issues like there are minimal utensils for cooking & the cookware is old & there is absolutely no condiments or cleaning products. I bought & bring all my own things. This is probably a good thing as you never know what someone brings or the age of things. Just advising those who fly that you need to bring & buy what you need for your stay. BERY NICE & all my correspondence with the manager/owner was pleasant & they were more than accommodating!
