About this property

New apartment in Gortipohl in a sunny location (Montafon)

Our new house was completed in 2017.

It is located in a quiet, south-facing location in the middle of Gortipohl and is easily accessible by car in every season. You will find us on a small hill with a wonderful view of the mountains. The bus stop can be reached in two minutes on foot and takes you to the skiing and hiking paradise Silvretta Montafon. Numerous restaurants are also within walking distance.

Our new apartment (64m²) consists of two bedrooms, each with shower / toilet (incl. Hairdryer). Satellite TV is available in both rooms and in the kitchen. The kitchen-living room has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...) and a large comfortable sofa.
The covered and illuminated sun terrace with sunbathing area is accessible via the kitchen-living room and both bedrooms. The apartment has a separate entrance with a cloakroom and ski boot dryer. Free WiFi available.

The center of St. Gallenkirch and Gaschurn can be reached in about 3 kilometers, Schruns in about 10 kilometers.

La description correspond au logement mis à disposition. Il est situé dans un endroit très calme et à la campagne. Tout est neuf et complet pour y passer un agréable séjour. Un emplacement de parking est prévu pour la voiture. Un autre point très positif, nous sommes allés à cet endroit lors des fortes chaleur (jusqu'à 37) et nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir un logement frais, étant muni d'une VMC. Des commerces pour l'alimentation, boulangerie, restaurants sont proches, à quelques minutes en voiture. Un endroit génial d'où l'on peut randonner. C'était génial.

Eine super Unterkunft mit tollem Blick aufs Gebirge. Ankunft war problemlos und Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war auch sehr angenehm und sowieso waren alle super freundlich. Bei Fragen oder Problemen konnte man ganz leicht mit der Gastgeberin schreiben und man bekam direkt Hilfe und Lösung geboten. Keinerlei negative Anmerkungen!Extra Pluspunkt gibt es von uns für den kleinen schwarz-weissen Schmusetiger, der sich auf dem Grundstück herumtreibt .

Het is een prachtig appartement met een mooi uitzicht op het dal, de bergen, het fraaie kerkje. Schoon, ruim, en voorzien van alle gemakken. En Stefanie is een heel fijne en vriendelijke gastvrouw. Zeer de moeite waard in een heel mooi dal met prachtige wandelingen in de buurt.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten unsere E-Bikes unterstellen. Der Blick Richtung Ort und Richtung Berge war jeden Morgen eine Freude. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich.

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij hebben genoten in dit huisje. Alles is heel schoon en twee ruime slaapkamers met eigen badkamer.Het uitzicht is prachtig en de waterval, skiliften en Mountain beach zijn hele leuke uitjes!

Skiferien im Montafon

Unsere Familie hat eine sehr sonnige Woche beim Skifahren/Winterwandern verbracht. Der Skibus fuhr regelmässig in der Nähe, sodass wir unser Auto nicht benötigten. Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit grossen Fenstern, unverbauter Aussicht und beide Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekt!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Netzer. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht und es wirkt nicht wie zusammengewürfelt (was z.B. Besteck und Geschirr angeht) sondern so zusammengestellt, dass man sich absolut wohlfühlt. Für uns als Familie mit 2 Teenagern waren die beiden Schlafzimmer mit dazugehörigen Badezimmern ein absolutes Plus. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Weg zum Skibus, der ca. alle 15 Minuten fährt, ist auch mit Skiausrüstung gut machbar. Darüber hinaus hat man die Wahl, ob man lieber in St. Gallenkirch oder Gaschurn in das Skigebiet einsteigt - beides ist ca. gleich weit entfernt.Wir machen seit Jahren Urlaub im Ferienhaus / der Ferienwohnung, aber die Wohnung von Stefanie ist eine der besten, in der wir bisher wohnen durften.Abschließend möchte ich auch die extrem netten Vermieter hervorheben - der Kontakt war absolut reibungslos und hat auch dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Moderne, komfortable Wohnung in schöner Lage

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen, in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Schlüsselübergabe war äußerst unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Fijne vakantiewoning

Zeer net en mooi appartement. Het ziet er top uit, alles was er wat je nodig hebt met een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Er zijn zelfs fietsen tot je beschikking en een mooi ruim terras. Kortom, we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Geweldig verblijf

Montafon is een schitterend gebied. Er is meer dan genoeg te doen en te zien. Ons appartement was geweldig. Modern, schoon en fijne gastvrouw, die de avond voorafgaande aan ons vertrek even kwam buurten met een fles schnapps onder de arm. We voelden ons zeer welkom. Daarnaast is de plek van de woning perfect, met een prachtig uitzicht.

Wahnsinnig schön und idyllisch

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert! Die Gastfamilie ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gab viele tolle Touren die wir mit den zwei Kindern (6&4) machen konnten - obwohl wir außerhalb der Saison da waren. Die Wohnung war unfassbar sauber und praktisch geplant. Das i-Tüpfelchen war, als der Nachbar genau vor unserer Terrasse eine Kuhweide absteckte. Mit dem Kaffee in der Sonne sitzen und die Kühe mit Kälbchen beobachten war wundervoll. Die Kinder waren genau wie wir absolut begeistert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten 12 wunderschöne Tage. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Sonnenterrasse, mit tollem Ausblick, einfach traumhaft. Moderne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Moderne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, sehr sauber und alles was man zur technischen Selbstversorgung benötigt ist da. Also genügend Geschirr, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler,........ . Somit nur noch Lebensmittel einkaufen und los geht´s. Und alles ist wirklich in Top Zustand. Keine zusammengesammelten Werke, sondern alles aus einen Guß :-)

Wanderurlaub

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage und Ausstattung im Monatafon. Einzelne Touren und Seilbahnen fußläufig erreichbar. Mit kurzen Fahrten (auch mit dem Bus) stehen dem Gast viele interessante Wandergebiete offen. Gerne wieder.
