The bright living-dining area is functionally furnished and offers satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and direct access to the sunny terrace. Two of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are upstairs—from there, you can step out onto a large balcony overlooking the greenery. All three bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking—ideal for sharing meals in a convivial atmosphere.

The highlight: the garden! The spacious outdoor area is a true paradise: A 9 x 5-meter pool with plenty of lounge chairs, a 70 m² pool terrace, two additional terraces with seating, as well as a brick barbecue and a portable grill—perfect for relaxed summer evenings under the open sky. Under the cosy pergola with lounge furniture, you can relax wonderfully and enjoy the Mallorcan sun.

Good to know: Groups under the age of 25 are not accepted. Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Artà, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, is right nearby (1.5 km); the nearest golf course is just 6 km away; and the stunning beaches of the northeast coast are within easy reach.
