Holiday Country house with private swimming pool and lawned gardens with total privacy and all amenities.



Located only a few minutes from Manacor and 10-12 Km. from the coves of the south-east of Majorca, the property is distributed in a ground floor with living-dining room with fireplace, separate fully equipped kitchen, in total four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus an outside toilet.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, with bathroom en suite with shower, the fourth bedroom is situated in an open loft in the living room with two single beds and has a separate bathroom with shower on the ground floor. All bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub.



Outside you will find a nice garden with total privacy, with chill out area, its private saline chlorination swimming pool (7x3m) and terrace with barbecue. There is also an outside toilet with shower.

Equipped with satellite TV/Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, WLAN Internet, washing machine and dishwasher, tumble dryer, 1 ceiling fan, hairdryers, coffee machine (capsule, Italian, filter), air conditioning hot/cold, fireplace, fixed barbecue, covered terrace, table tennis, a swing for children.

The nearest beaches are about 15 minutes away by car where you can find some of the natural coves such as Cala Barques, Cala Falcó... and the most touristic ones such as Cala Romántica, Cala Mandía.

A few minutes away we find Porto Cristo as the tourist centre of the area with its beach, marina and the famous caves of Drach.

Absolutely beautiful house, you get exactly what you see in the photos. I have been so disappointed in previous years to find that the pictures are somewhat deceiving, but Es Collet is as shown. The layout is really good as well. We didn’t use the mezzanine bedroom as none of us were confident enough to use the steep stairs if we needed the bathroom in the night, but that looked like a lovely space as well. Very comfortable and everything you could possibly want, and the host could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will return!

Absolutely beautiful house, you get exactly what you see in the photos. I have been so disappointed in previous years to find that the pictures are somewhat deceiving, but Es Collet is as shown. The layout is really good as well. We didn’t use the mezzanine bedroom as none of us were confident enough to use the steep stairs if we needed the bathroom in the night, but that looked like a lovely space as well. Schöne Finka

Finca ist gut ausgestattet. Gasherd in der Küche. Im großen und ganzen war es gut .Jetzt kommt ein aber... Klimaanlage hat nachts Geräusche gemacht, auch wenn sie aus war.. und Nachbarshund hat die ganze Nacht gebellt. Das war sehr störend. Das andere getier hat uns nicht gestört aber der Hund war schlimm.

Klimaanlage hat nachts Geräusche gemacht, auch wenn sie aus war, und Nachbarshund hat die ganze Nacht gebellt. Das war sehr störend. Das andere getier hat uns nicht gestört aber der Hund war schlimm.

We really enjoyed our hollidays at the finca. Everything went perfectly and María and her son were very welcoming. At the fourth day of our hollidays, the gas for cooking was empty and we called María - eventough it was already 10pm, her husband and María inmediately came to the finca and changed the gas bottle. The service was a clear 10/10 and we felt comfortable the whole trip.

Sehr nette Gastgeber

Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu Erreichen - und jede Woche wurden wir einmal mit einem Gebäck überrascht - vielen Dank. Die Leistung der beiden Solarpanel reichten leider bei weitem nicht aus um den Pool nur ansatzweise aufzuwärmen. Auch hatten wir in den letzten beiden Tagen gar kein Warmwasser mehr - dies wird sicherlich jedoch noch repariert. Weiter ist auch zu beachten, dass die Finca auf dem Lande ist und daher mit diversen Lärmemissionen wie nächtliches Hundegebell und morgentliches Gockel gekrächze zu rechnen ist. Und zum Schluss sollten die Abwasserleitungen einmal wieder richtig durchgespült werden, um den doch eher störenden Geruch nach dem Gebrauch der Duschen und Waschbecken los zu werden.
