If you're looking for a rental property that is convenient to the village and can accommodate your group or family with all the amenities of home you've come to the right place! The entire property compound has two other buildings with accommodations (a 1 bed/1 bath Upper unit with a 2 bed/2 bath lower unit in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house. All buildings combined, (4 units, 3 buildings) will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum). If you're looking for a rental property close to the village, this is one of the few remaining options where short-term rentals (under 30 days) are allowed. While the Village itself doesn’t permit them, this property is just a 15-20 minute walk to the village center, offering both proximity and flexibility



The Neighborhood:

1 mile to Downtown Village Center & Lake. ***Please note- The Village of Skaneateles disallowed all short-term vacation rentals in 2015. This is one of the closest properties located in the township where you can still walk to the village. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. (95% of this walk is on the sidewalk)

Primary guest must be 25 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, receptions, brunches, etc, .



Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses incurred during their stay. (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
