Escape to the heart of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and unwind in this charming lakeside cottage nestled among the pines. Ideally located just 7 miles south of Munising, you’ll be perfectly situated to explore the breathtaking beauty of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, the Hiawatha National Forest, and countless nearby hiking and biking trails.

After a day of adventure, relax by the cozy indoor fireplace or gather around the outdoor fire pit for s’mores and unforgettable family memories under the stars.

Enjoy direct access to this beautiful all-sports lake, perfect for swimming, fishing, paddling, and exploring. A canoe and rowboat are available for guest use, allowing you to experience the lake at your own pace. Please note that due to higher water levels, there is currently no beach area on the property. While there is no boat launch at the cottage, guests can access the lake via a trail and steps leading down from the property.

Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventure, peaceful relaxation, or a little of both, this cozy lake cottage is the perfect basecamp for your Upper Peninsula getaway.

Lake front rustic setting that relaxes and refreshes. Secluded setting off the beaten path that will inspire memories of a much simpler time. A clean and well equipped cabin that includes small water crafts to explore the lake or go after that trophy fish.

The cabin was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the UP. We used the row boat and paddle boat, had a fire and we were lucky enough to have had two clear nights to see the stars, absolutely beautiful. We had dinner at Foggys, in Christmas Michgan, excellent steak and fish. We would rent this cabin again,

Beautiful, Quiet & Clean. Would definitely stay here again. Charming is a perfect description. Fun to take the paddle boat out. Some good things to know.It is on a gravel road (although not long) so don't wash your car before hand. Bring toilet paper, shampoo & ice. There are 2 ice trays but we needed more. The closest store is a bit of a drive.We are from Oklahoma so A/C to us means A/C in every room. The only A/C is a window unit in the dining area so that was a bit rough for us Okie's since our 1st day was 100 degrees. They provided plenty of fans of which we were very grateful for.

Great cabin getaway! Easy to find and close to Munising for Pictured Rocks. Cabin decor was spot on and cozy with comfortable couches, chairs and beds. We had everything we needed and felt at home. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the deck, the fire pit and the lake, taking the canoe and rowboat out for a spin. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful location

Lovely cabin on beautiful lake. Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed a cozy fire, mist off the lake each morning and easy access to town and Pictured Rock. What a perfect getaway.

Nice little cabin

We loved the lake and the fact that there was nice hiking close by. We brought our tandem foot-pedal kayak and enjoyed paddling around the lake. Too bad that the fishing was poor.
