This was the smoothest, most well organized VRBO I've ever stayed in. The communication was amazing. The welcome email with all the information, including local restaurants, tours, etc. was excellent. I highly recommend this property and hosts. All was perfect!

We had a great stay with 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was amazing and the kids spent every hour playing on the beach, kayaking, or in the pool. The whole set up is more impressive in person than even the wonderful pictures show. Host were super helpful.

Most beautiful beach we've ever been to and can't wait to go back.The house was incredible and had everything you need. We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards, as well as the all the extra pool floats and toys. There are so many beaches to explore but we couldn't pull ourselves away from our own personal paradise just steps away from the house for very long. The road leading to house is an adventure all it's own, off roading we didn't expect. Come prepared to not want to leave and with plenty of groceries to stay put. Stock up on the food too because it's not a short easy drive to the grocery store. Highly recommend!

The house was great. Had three families there for a week and there was room for more. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful location on the tropic of cancer beach. Homeowners were more than accommodating and quickly resolved a couple minor issues. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful Place

We stayed here with 2 other families (6 adults and 7 kids) and had the best time! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for the week! Stunning beaches and property manager and owners were fantastic!

The house was really well stocked, great kitchen equipment, a glass for every drink you could imagine, great beach/pool toys and plenty of outdoor furniture, wonderful BBQ. Yvonne answered our endless questions so promptly we felt totally supported. This is a great house for a group, very spacious inside and out. Very thoughtfully equipped for families away from home. Loved having direct beach access and views to die for. Really we could not improve anything about it and would love to return!

Beautiful place!

This was our second time coming to Little Exuma, but our first time staying at this house. The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and perfect location! The house manager Andrew was incredible!! He helped us with any questions, including bringing us more 5 gallon water jugs, to arranging in an early taxi to the airport for some of our guests and much more. This house was by far our favorite and we cannot wait to return!

Beautiful House and Views

Everything that was written in previous reviews was spot on. The house was beautiful as well as the beach. We had smaller children and a teenager and everyone was able to enjoy! Andrew and Kim were so very helpful before and during the trip if we needed anything. We had them cook the first night for us and the food was delicious!

Family Time

The house was beautiful, comfortable and not lacking for anything. House manager Andrew was very attentive and available when needed. It is in a more remote location, but the beauty and laid back atmosphere is wonderful.
