The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If dish washer is full please press start button and make sure to press short wash and not 2-4hours option our cleaning staff won’t have time to wait for dishwasher to end please press short load.
Do not switch HDMI from back of TV’s please If you have more people coming over contact your host pay the fee for them is $25 per person per night.
Don’t forget to leave us your feedback if your stay went alright. Your feedback mean a lot to us but please be mindful when you do leave feedback.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Children-Pet are not to be left unattended at anytime. Do not allow anyone to play with rocks and dig or pull up fake grass out back yard.
Reservation longer than 7 days weekly cleaning is required. Guest is responsible for restocking on any necessary toiletries or such.
Event or small gathering is allowed but contact host prior booking to let them know what event or gathering will be.

The host prepared very well. An amazing amount of things that we might need to know (although not our first rodeo on VRBO/ARB places) were clearly (and nicely) labeled. A LOT of help to figure things out, although a lot that would seem obvious. The house met or exceeded our expectations. It was more ADA friendly than we planned for. The floorpan was great to expand into. We were VERY please.

great spot in Rocklin

A perfect location for a visit with family nearby in Roseville. A few blocks from Loree's Little Shack By The Railroad Track for delicious tacos in a fun dive bar. Our dog was happy with the backyard and we were very comfortable. We will return!

Excellent communication with the property manager & the house was very clean and in a great location! Close to freeway and shopping! It was perfect for a large group of single people with so many places to sleep! Worked so well for our group who came into town for a wedding!

This house was very clean, plenty of towels and exactly as the pictures show. We were very pleasantly surprised with the backyard. Great place to get outside and enjoy the fresh air! I would stay here again when in the Sacramento area.
