I've been a vacation rental host for over 8 years, and was one the first to create a vacation rental in Historic Folsom with what is known as the Figueroa House. I currently have two amazing vacation rentals, both on the main street (Sutter Street) in Historic Folsom. I've been actively involved in the placement of tenants, restaurants, and entertainment venues in Old Folsom. Sutter Street Steakhouse, Fabria Bakery, More then Olives, Hacienda, The smart Axe, Ruby's Books, Sutter Street Theater, and BrainyZoo, Just to name a few. I designed and developed the Sutter Street Steakhouse Building , Fire and Rain Building (Penthouse Location) , and restored many others. I work hard to provide something top notch for my guests.
