This apartment has a great location , right in the beach and in the duty-free shopping area of Sint Maarten . Close to various Restaurants and Bars with international dishes and local . U can have long walks in boardwalk. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Endless ocean view from the apartment!!! Great place to relax and also enjoy the Caribbean life style !

Please note :

There is no parking available as the property is on front street/boardwalk.

(The spot in the front of the building is just to drop off the luggage)

There are 2 parking lots across the WIB bank (5 minutes from the property)
One has free parking & another has paid parking

You can buy a day pass for $10 by the paid parking.

Manoj and Mariana were amazing hosts from the moment we booked. They answered any questions we had instantly by setting up a WhatsApp so we could connect with them whenever we had a question. The home was cozy, lots of room, fully equipped, and had the most amazing view. The beds were so comfortable! Sunshine hit the balcony all day! We will definitely stay with them again in the future.

Short stay in Phillipsburg

Had a great 4 day stay in Phillipsburg. Lots of shopping and beach time. The unit was very nice and location was perfect. Our host, Manoj, was very helpful and pleasant to work with at checking and checkout. I would highly recommend this unit for up to 4 people.

Great view and location!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with air conditioners in the bedrooms. The only negative was the noise from the two bars located below to the left and right of the apartment. The staff in the bars seemed to be having a battle of the bands. The apartment has an excellent balcony where you can watch the activity on the beach and all the ships in port. The location was great, we were able to walk to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay.
