Absolutely gorgeous condo with over 1200 sq ft with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor of a luxury secured building in the heart of Sint Maarten’s capital, Philipsburg, and one of the best beaches on the island – the Great Bay. You can forget about noisy hotel hallways; with only 2 units per floor, this building offers private entrance to the unit occupying half of the floor.

The unit features a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops along with all cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware one may desire. The large open concept floorplan area also features dining area, living room with bay window, and tiled floors throughout. Additional features include LCD TVs in living room and master bedroom, in unit washer and dryer, convenient safe, and free WiFi.

There are 3 balconies – two face the beach and the beautiful turquoise waters where you can witness daily arrival and departure of cruise ships visiting the island, and the third faces the famous Front Street with a perfect seat for the island’s many exciting parades. The building also offers gated parking, secured key-card entry to the lobby, convenient elevator, beach lounge chairs and umbrellas.

This is the perfect place to call your Home-away-from-Home with returning annual or bi-annual vacations!

The condo is fully furnished and decorated with exquisite mix of Indonesian, European, and Caribbean furnishings. We want to ensure that your stay with us is one of a kind and we are committed to ongoing upgrades.

Our building association provides 2 lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach per unit thru a 3rd party service. While this is provided 99% of the time, we are not responsible for any interruption in this service (for example due to weather, sickness 3rd party provider, etc). Also, when needed additional chairs may be rented directly from provider.

Please note:
1. We intentionally do not have screens on our windows. While strive to provide an amazing experience for you, please keep in mind that you are renting a private home where selection as to amenities and comfort are made primarily by the owner. Please do not rent with us if having screens on windows is a "must-have" for your stay, as it is not a feature we are interested in having in our home.
2. Both the unit owner and the Home Owner's Association do not allow use of staircase located in the back of the building accessible from the living room balcony. Please note penalties imposed for such use in House Rules.

Lovely Holiday

We enjoyed proximity to many stores and restaurants during our two week visit. This property is located on the far end of the boardwalk so close enough to the action, but a little distance from cruise ship guests. For the days we stayed at the beach right in front of the property, chairs and umbrellas were provided. We enjoyed our time very much, and felt overall it was an ideal spot.

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived to the moment we had to leave. It is an exceptionally clean property. Owner has literally thought of everything to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable, and also well informed. Her on-site manager was extremely helpful as this was our first visit to the island, she made us feel right at home. The view from the balconies is amazing all day. The well appointed kitchen had everything that we needed to make meals when we wanted to stay in. The Island and it’s residents are lovely, and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful view and so relaxing!

My husband, elderly mother and I just spent a wonderful week at this condo. Beautiful unit at the end of the busy beach. Maarten and Jolanda were excellent communicators with anything we needed or questions we had about the unit. The elevator to the third floor was magic for my mom. Beach umbrellas and chairs were ready for us early each morning. Great location away from crowds but easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Enjoyed it all!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had everything we needed. I was disappointed there was no pool. For some reason, I thought there was. I did have to take cool showers as the water did not get hot. Was not happy about that. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. Couldn't beat the view!!

Wonderful location. on awesome beach great turquoise water covered umbrellas with chairs Can walk easily into town with several small local grocery stores can rent car or take taxi to Carrefour's Grocery store lots of good food options, property manager great. Only draw back for some is although there is netflix and amazon prime there is no live news thus no world reporting. Some may not care, condo is beautiful views from balcony are great, I will recommend this place to friends and family and I will go back there.

A great balance of relaxing and activity!

The location is one of the best in philipsburg...close to the shopping, bars and restaurants if that is your thing, but also has a semi-private beach steps from the condo and away from the crowds. The building manager Ankie sets up chairs and umbrellas each morning quite early so that you can immediately hit the beach. The water is clean and calm (no seaweed at all!). We used Michael, a driver recommended by Mya, for any times we wanted to visit other parts of the island and he was always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The condo is clean and quite comfortable. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was the very narrow circular stairs inside the building to the beach, which is the most direct route, are a bit of a challenge if you are at all unsteady on your feet or impaired. No worries however as you can always exit the street side and access the beach quickly that way! I recommend this unit and Mya was a pleasure to work with...and my test is always at the end of an experience to ask myself if I'd do it again, and most definitely yes, if we had the need to visit St. Maarten again, we'd consider it!

Amazing Property!

The pics don't do the property justice! Amazing views from both front and back balconies! We rented this property for June 21-27, 2022 for our honeymoon. Every night, when we went back to the property, we checked the breeze on each side and sat at the more favorable. The beach in front was amazingly quiet when we were there and the locals were incredibly friendly! The apartment was amazing, zero complaints there! We reached out with questions a couple times and received an immediate response. We have already talked about staying again!

Location, location, location!

On the beach, lounge chairs and umbrellas with a beach bar a few feet away. (" A.J." kept the beach in excellent condition and was always available to help in anyway.) The unit is clean, the building secure with property manager on the fifth floor ensuring that all needs and questions were answered. This location is where all the action is: close to the Boardwalk with all the Caribbean food, music, beverages and shopping one could hope to find. New Year's Eve fireworks display (beyond any we had previously seen) was right in front with the balcony providing a splendid point of view.

Wonderful location and ideal honeymoon

Spent 2 weeks here for our honeymoon and couldn't be happier to have picked this place. Truly a paradise inside the apartment and out. Our flight came in late, but local manager Ankie settled us in and made us feel very welcome. The unit feels like a hotel inside - very clean, all that's needed in bedroom, bath and kitchen. We really couldn't have imagined a better honeymoon. Thank you for everything!

We loved every minute of it!

Our vacation was shortly after Hurricane Irma, but we decided to go anyway. The unit was in really good shape, it was very cute and the location was such that we felt very much like we were on a private beach. There were maybe 1-3 other people out on the beach on this side of the pier. The bedrooms and living room were all air conditioned and there was a great breeze between the front door and living room balcony facing the beach. While some of restaurants on the boardwalk were not working, we took time to relax and take in the beauty of the beach and ocean and the comfort of this apartment.

We were absolutely speechless. The condo is beautiful beyond words and so nicely appointed. Mya is amazing. She says in touch all the time, you can tell she truly cares about her home and the guests. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to be back one day.

Great spot to chill

As advertised, this condo is RIGHT on the beach (Great Bay). The onsite manager, Ankie, was fabulous and made sure our lounge chairs and umbrella's were put out every morning. The unit provides a view of the ocean and we spent many a morning and afternoon just watching the boats come in and go out. The boardwalk is 2 minutes away and on the boardwalk plenty of restaurants and shops. Great Location. The unit was very clean, tidy and secure. Everything as advertised and it has everything you need as far as dishes/cookware/appliances. I would suggest the owner invest in new bedding and upgrade the indoor/outdoor furniture. For the price of unit, we were expecting more than plastic chairs on the balcony and the indoor couches were very uncomfortable. These are the only negatives with the unit. I would recommend a few things: toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags should be restocked after every change of guests. Nobody wants to check-in at 8pm at night and find out there is no TP. For people who are staying more than a week, it would have been nice to have had the cleaners come and do a cleaning (I'd have gladly paid for it) - perhaps this could be an option. The owner contacted us prior to leaving and, when we had any issues, was very prompt to deal with the issue. Again, the onsite manager was fantastic. Also, they put us in touch with a local taxi driver who we could trust and call upon to drive us around with minimal notice. Overall, we look forward to coming back and enjoying our 2 weeks of chill and recommend it sincerely.

I want to start by saying i grew up in sint maarten i have alot of experience there. This property hands down is the best! Location,location ,location is the key to the island The beach feels like its yours the balconys if you are on the upper floors are incredible of the beach and front street. Casinos,shops,duty free shopping ,grocery ,food,transport,convinience,All of it The rooms are in great condition And mya and anke made the transition comfortable for me made me feel at home. Let me start by saying i have alot of experience in sint maarten my family is from there. hands down this property is amazing Location,Location,Location amazing balcony views of great bay beach something out of a magazine great to wake up too start your day off right. also the upper floors have views of front street to get that local feel i had 3 balconys 2 of the beach one of front street which i watched the carnival parade from wow shops,restaurants,duty free shopping ,boardwalk,water sports , jewelry stores all at your fingertips literally i had a 2 bedroom condo with plenty of space and comfort a true homeaway from home the condo had everything dvd,flat televisions ,movies ,wifi ,Everything was in it i was there for 9 days i tell you what couple day didnt want to leave the place caus i had everything i needed nearby management was excellent Anke Mya thankyou this condo is as advertised everytime i go home i am staying here 100% and my mom lives there so that should say something

Excellent!

We loved the location of the property. Just far enough past the end of the boardwalk that you didn't get all the cruise ship traffic, but close enough to enjoy food and shopping choices nearby. Evenings were great after the ships were gone. Beautiful views, beautiful beach and Ankie and the other residents were very helpful with recommendations for places to visit and to eat. I particularly liked Lizzies and there was always something entertaining going on at Burger Madness. We had a wonderful time at the condo and using it as our base for touring St. Marteen/St. Martin. Only complaint for the trip was with the car rental agency. I would recommend someone other than National/Alamo. Cost ended up being significantly more than expected. Couldn't help but feel the experience was a little shady. Our Jeep Liberty performed well, but it had been rode pretty hard and had a couple of bald tires. If you plan on visiting St. Marteen, I highly recommend the condo at Oceans. It is a great place to stay whether you want to travel the island or just lounge in one place to enjoy the beach and all that Philipsburg has to offer. PS. You must also visit The Dirty Sanchez for a beer, cocktail or soft drink while on the boardwalk.

Beautiful beach Condo, close to everything!

We just spent a wonderful week at this beach condo with our two young-adult children. We liked everything about our accommodations and our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The ocean views from the living area and deck were spectacular. We enjoyed spending our mornings sipping coffee on the deck while watching the boats dock at the nearby port, and observing the quiet activity on the beach. The rear stairs from our unit landed us right on the beach and boardwalk where we enjoyed our morning runs everyday. Our accommodations included beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, which made it really easy to head down to the beach to enjoy the day. The condo was well stocked with utensils and all of the appliances we needed to prepare meals. There were several small food markets within walking distance to pickup food and other key essentials we needed. We also loved that dozens of restaurants were only a very short walk from our place, which made finding a place to catch lunch or dinner very simple. The property manager, Ankie, was wonderful, and gave us great recommendations for things to do around the island. We would highly recommend this condo to our friends and family, and hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

Best experience ever! Right on the beach.

We are so happy we chose this place. On the third floor of a very nice, nearly new building that is secure and well maintained. Right on the beach - can even access it from the private balcony access or through the front. The unit is impeccably maintained - very clean and decorated nicely. Lots of linens and towels in the unit. Convenient laundry in the unit. Everything felt like a home. We really didn't want to leave. Mya communicates well and is very easy to work with. We are already planning a return visit!

Perfect Philipsburg Location

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor of a 5 story building (only 2 units on each floor) The unit is beautiful, clean, directly on the beach of Great Bay, Philipsburg with a lovely small balcony to listen to the waves and marvel at the stunning view. David and Annkey, on the 5th floor, check you in and have great advice about the area what to do, etc. A large market is a 5 minute drive away. Very tiny convenience store is next to the condo, however it had odd hours. You need to bring shampoo, bath soap, etc. I would highly recommend if you are considering staying over night in Great Bay. The swimming is wonderful, not big waves. Check out trip advisor for details about all the wonderful restaurants along the boardwalk, steps away from the condo.

Superb location, comdo with many upgrades, A+++

This was the best vacation we ever had. From the beginning of the process we had such a wonderful communication with the owner and she took great measures in making sure we arrived and settled in comfortably. We stayed in the water most of the day and really enjoyed the quietness of the offseason. Nearby they are expanding the boardwalk but we did not hear any noise. The Jet ski rental is a few steps away and lots of other activities. We have a nephew getting married next year and we will recommend this for their honeymoon.
