Beach Getaway-Boaters Delight
Newly renovated 4 bedroom beach house overlooking picturesque north shore harbor and beach front. Short walk to the beach which offers live bands every weekend, full bar and restaurant and nature trail. Kayak and boat launch available.
The space
One half of a two family side by side, water view duplex. The house has two full bathrooms, eat in kitchen opening into a large living room.
House is conveniently located close to Port Jefferson for restaurants and entertainment. Quick access to wineries and Water Park approximately 15 minutes away.
Guest access
Guests have full access to on premises parking and backyard with gas barbecue.
Other things to note
Bedroom 3 can only be accessed through the Master Bedroom. It has french doors with curtains for privacy.
