The home was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was a beautiful walking neighborhood with a pond nearby. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The house was very clean and comfortable.

My family and I stayed in this lovely home while visiting family in the area. The beds were comfortable, grocery stores close. We did not have a chance to visit the pond. Would stay again.

Cozy Home

The house was nestled in a wooded area which lends itself to a peaceful and relaxing stay. Each room was decorated nicely which made it very comfortable and We were centrally located near stores for shopping and good restaurants. The setting and home was a cozy and pleasant two day get away for us

This beautiful property was home base for my family of 5 during early June. Great location to explore Falmouth and Upper Cape towns. Lovely porches to relax and updated appliances. Immaculately cleaned. Would definitely stay there again!

The house was great and we would stay there again. The only issue was with the beach passes. The information posted in the house indicated the passes were in a drawer. They were not there. Upon communication, we were told there were no beach passes despite the postings at the property.

This house was extraordinarily clean with great linens and well supplied.Our only problem is that when we extended our stay for one day they changed the code and didn’t give us the new one. We had to call while waiting outside the house at night to get the new code. Other than that this house was fantastic

The house was nice and walkable. We walked to the beach and pond, as well as the shops at Popponesset Marketplace. The pond was great for swimming. And the lobster roll at the marketplace was the best we had. A couple of comment The beach chairs at the house are not in great condition so we didn’t use them. The “lanyard” for the pond was just an index card. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

House is very clean and comfortable! A few minor things , no bedside table laps , touch pad keyless entry very difficult to use , kitchen needs a few more items to be well equipped ( can opener one example !!) and the garbage cans outside were literally overflowing and had no room for anymore garbage . We checked in on Saturday and out on Wednesday so maybe garbage day is Thursday or Friday ??? It was ALOT of garbage . The house is very nice besides those minor things and a fabulous location! Comfortable beds and great appliances !

Fabulous house booked on NO notice!

We had an emergency of sorts in the house where we had booked - it wasn't what we were expecting at all, and the steps were so steep and narrow and dimly lit that I was terrified of falling (I have arthritis and osteoporosis, so a fall would be very bad). So, on a SUNDAY, we tried to find another rental on no notice. Luckily, enter Vacasa and this house. It is exactly, 100% like the listing - safe, bright, and just perfect for our group. Since the "high season" had just ended, I think it was discounted. In any case, we spent all day Sunday searching, booked this place close to midnight, and were able to move into it the very next day! They could not have been more accommodating, and we were just thrilled with both the house and the amazing service we received from Vacasa.

Charming Cape Cod home!

This house is simply adorable and was perfect for a summer weekend away with friends! Situated in an adorable neighborhood, the house was cozy, clean, and spacious. The kitchen appliances and other amenities were all new and high-functioning, making our stay extremely comfortable. We loved hanging out in the back yard too! Would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area - highly recommend!

Lovely getaway, appropriately named "Seabury Serenity."

Perfect for a family vacation where relaxation and conversation are on your list of desirable activities. With peace and quiet in short supply in most of our lives these days, this home makes enjoying those pleasures effortless. And with a gorgeous beach just two miles away, ocean-lovers will also find their space. Plenty of quality restaurants nearby, and walks, biking, etc., are all enjoyable here. Porch and patio time are also to be treasured. Lovely, peaceful getaway, far from the madding crowd.

There was neither walkable pond access to Jim’s Pond or to Poppenesset Beach as described online and in the binder at the home during our stay. Both required passed that the management and owner did not have or would not share. We paid beach prices for a house we had to pack everyone up and drive to if we wanted to get to a beach. If this had been handled well, our response would be different. However we spent the majority of our week stay waiting for calls back from management. House had no vacuum and no toaster or toilet plunger. We had to buy our own or wait for management to provide which never turned up. Overall a nightmare listing. I could elaborate but seriously enough time was spent on this and I need to just put in in the rear view. I hope future stays are notified of the false advertising and the listings (and pricing) have been updated since our stay. We were at least told that would happen.

The Perfect Place

Everything about this home was ideal for our girlfriend getaway. Comfortable, clean, safe and pleasant. We were so happy to be there. It is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood surrounded by greenery and a really short walk to a lovely pond. Each of us had our own bedroom with a comfortable bed and included each a set of towels, luggage rack with closet space. The kitchen and bathrooms all have top of the line fixtures and all the furniture and decorations looked brand new and were very simple and tasteful. It had just the right amount of space and amenities for the four of us. We were thrilled with everything about this house.
