Welcome to Cape Cod! Our beautiful Royal Barry Wills contemporary home of 4 bedrooms, 2 baths awaits your arrival! Newly remodeled and furnished with an excellent yard space for grilling and relaxation!
Our family-friendly home is a short drive to Popponessett Marketplace, known for the award-winning lobster roll at Lure Raw Bar, and Mashpee Commons, known as a dining, shopping, and entertainment area.
Amenities include: (1) 2 flat screen TVs; (2) children’s play space with books and board games; (3) patio space; (4) gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor sitting.
Activities nearby include: (1) Biking or walking trails; (2) Beautiful beaches, the Popponneset Spit (2 miles) & South Cape Beach (6 miles); (3) fine golf venues; (4) Ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket Islands; and (5) Cape Cod Children’s Museum (2 miles).
Other things to note
We do not rent to students or those under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the lease duration.
