Family friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps four on 44 acres between Cranmore & Pleasant Mountain on the Saco River in a quiet community. Enjoy the tranquil views and sunsets from the screened in porch while sipping your morning coffee, tube down the Saco, swim in the pool, play tennis, pickleball, basketball or shuffleboard. Great restaurants nearby & outlet shopping ten minutes away. On site parking. Monthly rates. We love pets but cannot welcome them.

Melody Pines Sweet Retreat

Property was very clean with nice decor. This place is very close to all nearby attractions, hiking, and is right on the Saco river. I would definitely stay here again.

Saco River Condo Conway

The condo was immaculate and well-appointed. Sharon was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It is in an excellent location and very quiet. I would highly recommend it and hope to be a repeat customer!

Peaceful and relaxing

This condo is close to all the wonderful activities the Mount Washington valley has to offer. It was clean, inviting and had everything we needed. The screened in porch and the well maintained pool were especially nice. A big plus was thanks to the washer and dryer we didn't have the mounds of laundry to do when we arrived home. Sharon was a pleasue to deal with.

clean and spacious condo, had a good time

The condo is on the Saco river near the Maine state line. It was great to have the space, with two bathrooms and a kitchen that was big enough for us to cook meals. The owner, Sharon, lives upstairs and was responsive and helpful. There is a trail along the river in back of the condo, and we did a little hiking there.
