Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that the apartment size and beds were comfortable for you. However, we deeply apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered. It's concerning to hear about the condition of the floors and doorknobs, and this is certainly not the standard we strive for. We will review our cleaning procedures with the housekeeping team to ensure that these areas receive more attention moving forward. Your feedback is invaluable, and we truly appreciate it as we work to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a much better stay.
