Accommodating up to 15 guests, this 1-star-rated property set on one hectare of land, with no overlooking neighbors, offers a rare setting combining absolute peace, preserved nature, and exceptional panoramic views.

This Provençal bastide was fully renovated in 2020/2021 while preserving its authentic charm, including traditional terracotta floor tiles.

Everything has been fully refurbished, from floor to ceiling, including the bathrooms.

All bedrooms and living areas are fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

The house is arranged over two levels, connected by an internal staircase as well as outdoor access:

**Garden level:**

**Main floor:**

* Large fully equipped kitchen with panoramic views.
* Spacious living/dining room of approximately 34 m².

No baby travel cot is available.

Upon arrival, a welcome kit will be provided to help you start your stay. This kit is not replenished:

* Household cleaning products and laundry detergent.
* Two rolls of toilet paper per toilet.
* Shower gel and hand soap.
* Sugar, tea, and coffee — one serving per guest.
* Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Hiking trails start directly from the house and allow you to explore the Montaiguet massif, a protected natural area south of Aix-en-Provence.

**Ideal location:**

* Historic center of Aix-en-Provence: 6 km — 15 minutes by car.
* Possible access by bus, with a nearby bus stop and some walking.
* Shops: 5 minutes by car.
* Sainte-Victoire Mountain: 20–25 minutes.
* Marseille: 25–30 minutes.
* Aix-en-Provence TGV station: 15 minutes.
* Marseille-Provence Airport: 20 minutes.

I remain available by phone and messaging throughout your stay, while ensuring you enjoy full independence.

**Important: Security deposit**

A security deposit of €2,500 is required no later than 7 days before arrival.

This deposit is made via Swikly as a secure bank pre-authorization: no amount is debited from your account.

The amount is simply temporarily held as a guarantee.

It covers, in particular: damage, theft or loss of keys/items, lack of care of the accommodation such as dirt or waste left behind, unauthorized use of equipment, or failure to comply with the rules, including pets, number of guests, arrival/departure times, etc.

This security deposit does not limit the guest’s liability. The tenant may be held responsible beyond this amount if necessary.

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival, with photos, or immediately during the stay.

The security deposit is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after departure.

Access to the accommodation is only authorized once the security deposit has been validated.

**Check-in & Check-out**

We welcome guests between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM for key handover.

Please let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can organize your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

For any request for early or late check-in/check-out, please contact us no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. Requests are subject to availability.

* Early check-in from 3:00 PM: €120
* Late check-out until 12:00 PM: €120

* Cleaning during the stay.

A guest guide with all our recommendations will be available in the accommodation.

**House Rules:**

* Parties are strictly prohibited.
* Bachelor and bachelorette parties are prohibited.
* Non-smoking accommodation. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
* No person not included in the booking is allowed in the accommodation.
* Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
* No outdoor noise after 10:00 PM, including music, loud activities, etc.
