Welcome to our cosy family home with spa and garden, renovated in the heart of Briollay, a charming village on the outskirts of Angers.
With its 5 bedrooms for 12 people, it is ideal for a weekend or a holiday in the countryside with family or friends.
After your walks in the Lower Valleys of Anjou, between Loir and Mayenne, enjoy the outdoor spa or a convivial meal in the garden.
15 minutes from Angers, discover the charm and art of living in Anjou.

The house comprises:

5 spacious bedrooms with 4 beds of 160x200 and 3 beds of 90x190 + 1 bed 90x190 drawer. New and very comfortable bedding.

2 bathrooms, one with double sink, shower and bathtub and the other located in a master suite with shower.

Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine

Enclosed and secure garden of 500m² with terrace & spa. The spa is available from 9 am to 8 pm.
Garden furniture, parasol and garden furniture.
Free parking (1 space in the courtyard, others in front of the house).

Maison très accueillante, très propre, tout est très bien pensé. Nous étions 10 adultes et 3 enfants dont 1 bébé, vraiment de l' espace pour tout le monde. Le plus est le Spa.Je recommande vivement et je garde bien l adresse pour un éventuel séjour
