Welcome to Maison Sereni, an elegant fully air-conditioned mansion, nestled in the heart of a magnificent enclosed and wooded park of 6,000 m², bordered by the Loir and a few minutes from Angers.

Here, everything has been designed to offer a break from everyday life, between nature, comfort, relaxation and conviviality.

With its private heated swimming pool, its 6-seater outdoor spa, its privileged access to the Loir and its many living and leisure areas, Maison Sereni is ideal for large families, reunions with friends or stays where you simply want to take the time to enjoy each other.

The house can accommodate up to 15 travellers and has 19 beds, distributed in 7 bedrooms, with 5 bathrooms.

The dining room, bright and friendly, houses a huge custom-made wooden table that can accommodate up to 16 people.

A space designed for large tables, family meals, long evenings with friends or games that go on for a long time.

The large, fully equipped kitchen is particularly suitable for groups.

UPSTAIRS: Rooms for EVERYONE

Ground floor

The ground floor has three double bedrooms, all equipped with 160 × 200 cm beds.

One of them is a large family suite that also has a high-end sofa bed, offering more sleeping options.

This suite has a view of the river and its own private bathroom.

The other two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a double sink and a toilet.

A second separate toilet is also available on the landing.

Second floor

The second floor has three additional bedrooms.

Two bedrooms have king size beds that can be adapted on request, allowing you to adapt to the needs of your group.

A third bedroom is specially designed for children with a bunk bed and a single bed.

One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

A second bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, is shared between the other two bedrooms.

This arrangement allows families and groups to enjoy comfortable accommodation, even when several generations or families are staying together.

THE OUTDOORS: A REAL LIVING SPACE

The 6,000 m² park, fully enclosed (double fence for more security) and decorated with hundred-year-old trees, is one of the great assets of Maison Sereni.

A private heated swimming pool of 10 × 4.50 is heated from May to September.

It is secured by a shelter and offers an ideal space for cool off, swim or simply enjoy a moment of relaxation in the sun.

An outdoor spa can accommodate up to 6 people in a specially designed area.

Heated all year round, it allows you to enjoy a moment of relaxation whatever the season.

Adult dressing gowns are available layout to comfortably enjoy this space.

A large covered terrace can accommodate up to 16 people.

It is a real extension of the house and allows you to have lunch, dinner or an aperitif outside while being sheltered.

A summer kitchen for sunny days completes the outdoor spaces with:
