In the heart of the Somme marshes, come and recharge your batteries and spend a quiet moment in connection with nature.
This house will allow you to find yourself in the heart of the Somme in the charming village of Suzanne where tranquility and osmosis with nature reign. This cottage offers you direct access to the marsh allowing you to enjoy a boat trip, a fishing trip, or a bike ride along the Somme marshes on a dedicated axis! You will find 2 bedrooms and the possibility of a third to relax with your family.
A shop selling local products is located in the heart of the village. 40 minutes from Amiens, Arras and St Quentin but also 15 minutes from Albert or Peronne, many activities and visits are available to you. Welcome to the gîte du marais!
You access. The house through a gate. You can also park your car inside the garden
We live in the same village and are at your disposal very quickly

This is a great property that backs up to the Somme River. The view in the backyard is beautiful. The enclosed patio is a great place to read or have dinner. There is lots of shade from the 4 huge willow trees. There are lots of birds and frogs, and you can see hundreds of fish in the river. It’s very peaceful. The house itself is fairly basic but clean and it has everything you need. The owners have good communication. I highly recommend this property.
