Villa Amma is an elegant house with a swimming pool, ideally located in the second row from Brisants Beach (towards the port of Saint-Gilles). Nestled in lush vegetation, it's perfect for lovers of tropical home style where indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly. Without a doubt, here you'll feel like you're on a tropical holiday! Villa Amma is located right next to the port of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, giving you quick access to all essential amenities: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, and of course, Brisants Beach and its beach tennis courts. Sleeps 10. Villa Amma features an architectural mixing the interior and exterior with covered walkways and communicating terraces. To be very precise: The living space includes: - a large, bright living room - a shower room - a separate toilet - opening onto a fully equipped kitchen.

- two bedrooms
- an office which is equipped with a sofa bed (not visible in the photo but is present)

Then communicating via a covered walkway you will have:
- a laundry room
- a bedroom with shower room and private toilet
- a second bedroom facing the pool

Going outside the villa has two additional double bedrooms, all air-conditioned; One has a private bathroom and an outdoor bathroom is also available. The swimming pool has an alarm. The villa has two entrances, with a driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles. A covered garage is available. The second Beach access allows for pedestrian entry and even more parking spaces in front of the house. The accommodations are located in a quiet area. Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. If arrival is on a Sunday or public holiday, additional cleaning fees may be charged. Committed to your satisfaction, we do everything we can to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we ask you to contact us as soon as you notice a problem so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that complaints or reports of defects made only upon departure or after you have left the premises cannot be considered for compensation claims. Tenants are required to allow free access to the property for any repairs or cleaning necessary to resolve a malfunction or deficiency. Refusing an intervention renders the tenant ineligible to make any claim for compensation at the end of their stay. Reunion Island is a tropical country; insects of all kinds are present in large numbers and, depending on the season, can find their way into accommodations despite our efforts to carry out regular pest control.
