Fantastic rental in a premier Palm Springs neighborhood. Fred, the property manager was awesome. He was incredibly responsive and very friendly. The heated pool was lovely. We also enjoyed the well appointed BBQ area and just relaxing in the many comfortable and well located outdoor seating areas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean throughout. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this vacation rental. We plan to book again.

Our family had a great experience renting this home for spring break. It's in a quiet, lovely neighborhood close to downtown restaurants and shops. The house is spacious with bedrooms spread throughout the home. Each bedroom has a private bathroom which was also very convenient. Listing and information provided on site was accurate and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped as well as the backyard pool area games/toys for kids. The outdoor area is private and quite large. The property manager was very responsive when we reached out with questions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to other families looking for rent in Palm Springs.

Wonderful stay! House was perfect for my spouse’s reunion with his siblings. Each bedroom was comfortable and private, and having its own bathroom was a big win! Common areas were spacious and inviting. Host was very responsive and friendly. Area was perfect to walk, and view from sitting at the foot of the mountains was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the heated pool and hot tub - a big plus for our escape from the cold weather gathering. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We certainly hope to return next winter.

Our family has owned property in the Old Las Palmas neighborhood for many years, two generations of kids have grown up coming here enjoying the sunshine and great Palm Springs lifestyle. We take pride in ownership and maintain our property to the highest standards.

Why they chose this property

Casa De Las Palmas sits next door to our sister property Casa Monte Vista. As they are neighboring properties we have a connecting gate between the houses so two families can vacation together. Inquire with the host for larger parties!

What makes this property unique

This is a very large and spacious home and the rooms are all over sized. The house wraps around the pool and the outdoor entertaining area has spectacular mountain views.
