The full kitchen features the full-size appliances and cooking equipment you need to put together full meals. If work must come before play, head up the spiral staircase and work away at remote assignments in the loft's desk workspace. The private washer/dryer will take care of the gear so you can relax. Guests can also enjoy access to shared amenities like a pool, sauna, and tennis court during their stay at this charming retreat.

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)
Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. A $16 fee applies. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
