Before heading out for a full day of skiing or hiking, brew a cup of coffee and whip up a hearty breakfast on the gas range as the rest of the gang hangs out at the breakfast bar or adjacent dining table. If you want to have a bit of fun away from the mountain, this community boasts a shared pool, tennis courts, and fitness facility for you to enjoy. When it is time to settle down, free WiFi and multiple flatscreen TVs will provide plenty of entertainment and everyone can cozy up next to the wood stove with a mug of hot cocoa before hitting the hay!

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)
Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

Wood stove (wood not provided)
4WD/traction may be required in winter

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
