Spacious and also quiet apartment in the center of Pforzheim. You live in the 4th upper floor in a 2 1/2 room apartment. It is equipped with all the important things you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. A fully equipped kitchen, a completely new and nice bathroom with walk-in shower (only 10cm), spacious wardrobe, a boxspring bed (2 persons) in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people, a dining corner next to the kitchen. TV with cable TV (and USB connection for videos) is available and the WLAN is freely accessible.
The proximity to the city makes the car unnecessary. However, you can bring your car and park in the nearby garages (about 150m). Supermarket is just around the corner, public transport can also be reached within 5 minutes. The train station is also only about 5 minutes away.

Shopping Möglichkeit war einfach spitze.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist eine super Ausstattung vorhanden. Sogar Bügeleisen und ein Föhn sind vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vor Ort. Jedoch für Lang-Schläfer ist es nichts, da die Reinigungsmaschine jeden Tag um 6:15 Uhr startet. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es okay.

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum Pforzheims in der Fußgängerzone, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und zentralen Omnibusbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants (z.B. das "Al Bacio" direkt gegenüber) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist kein Auto erforderlich. Für uns - Betreuung Klinikaufenthalt - ideal gelegen. Sehr sauber und ruhig.

Rent och snyggt. Ljus.

Trevlig lägenhet. Mycket lämplig för 2 till 4 personer. Välutrustad. Bra läge, nära till mataffär, varuhus och kafeer/bagerier. Nackdel, svårt att parkera bil i närheten. Man är hänvisad till parkeringshus en bit därifrån.
