Relaxing home on Lake Hamilton. Sleeps 9. (queen), (queen, twin, twin trundle. (full, twin) Enjoy a quiet rest in the hammock, dock, and huge deck. Under 10 minutes to Downtown, bath houses, Horse racing & Casino, shopping, & amazing restaurants.
2 bedrooms have closets and closed door for privacy. 3rd room is a sunroom with a a door for privacy from the living room.
WiFi available.
Home has TV’s but no service. You can enjoy your Hulu, Netflix, etc.
Please note that in order to get into home there are a minimum of 6-7 stairs at each of the 2 entrances. Not handicap accessible.
We have a grill and grill tools for you to enjoy (charcoal, lighter fluid, and propane will need to be brought.

Great Location

This is a great location in proximity to town and being on the lake! We love the large lot, beautiful dock, and being near Bubbas! This cottage reminds me of a place I frequented growing up. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Spring break

Booked here on short notice for spring break. The place was great and perfect for us. Check in was easy, the town is close with everything you need, and the place was clean. We will definitely stay there if we visit again.

Coats family vacation

Very nice property. We loved that it was right on the water. We were able to let the kids play in the lake and we fished off the dock. Plenty of space and room for everyone to sleep comfortably. No complaints!

We arrived at the property for our stay and was in love! The location was great. Walk down from house to the lake. Easy access to swimming and great fishing! The neighbors was very nice also! Great relaxing location

We stayed for 3 nights with 5 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had plenty of room, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals, beds were comfortable and clean. Our 4 year old was super excited to sleep in the "up down bed" (bunk bed)!! We spent our evenings on the deck enjoying looking at the lake which was very pleasant and relaxing. It's a short drive to get into Hot Springs so location was great. The neighbor even gave our little guy some dried corn cobs to feed the geese!! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great location!

My family is my sister's family stayed for the weekend. Our initial concern was only one bathroom for our entire group, but we made it work and had no issues. The kids loved swimming/fishing down at the pier. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for us all. The back deck had a beautiful view and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there. The only issue we had, was the sunroom got warm and it was a struggle to cool it down. However, im sure that had a little to do with the outside temperatures being over 100°. Overall, great experience and location! Would definitely book again!!

There were some cleanliness issues and stained mattresses. There was a bunch of garbage lining the back of the property. Additional check out rules at property not in listing. Owner did reach out about something we left behind.

I’m sorry that you didn’t foresee the home as clean as you would like. The home is cleaned after each guest leaves the home. I’m not certain what trash would have been left outside u less you mean loose trash and sometimes unfortunately others trash blow into the yard. I pick it up each time I’m there. I’m not certain which item you left behind, but I always reach out to a guest if I find a left behind item. I’ve shipped many items to my guest over the time we have rented our home.

Not what we expected

Miscommunication on arrival time so wasn’t cleaned, but even if it had been recently cleaned it would not have been satisfactory because most of the uncleanness wasn’t just done recently … it was long term. Grill had petrified meat chunk on it, the coffeemaker was moldy, the kitchen supplies available was not enough to do a meal with. Unsafe stairwells as for lighting and doorways to the patio. Needles to say we were very disappointed in the rental.

Steak and coffee pot filter was from the week before when we were personally there. It would have been cleaned for our guest along with the home had they not asked me if they could reschedule for October with no loss of $ which I happily agreed to. I offered for our cleaner to come over immediately when they stated they were at our home and they agreed to stay and me pay them the cleaner fee, then complained the whole time. There are porch lights at each entry, you just have to turn the switch to turn them on. The guest arrived at 2:30pm so it wasn’t dark outside when they arrived. We have had 10 minimum over for dinner which is what home sleeps and there’s plenty of plates ans silverware for that amount of people per meal time. There’s is only 4 burners on the stove and water more pots and pans than that in cabinet. At least one pan of different sizes. These people unfortunately wouldn’t be happy with anything by the potty complaints I got that they didn’t even post here. (They expected me to give them $200 back because of their miscommunication of when they would arrive). They complained about the 6 in step down to porch b/c their guest had knee injuries. The list goes on and on.
