Your host welcomes you in a bright and pleasant accommodation, set in an old farmhouse, in the calm of the Gers countryside and its gentle way of life. The accommodation has a large living space of 65 m2 on one level with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), a long dining table and a comfortable living room. The ground floor is divided into two large bedrooms (one with a king size bed), each equipped with its own bathroom with toilet. This accommodation is totally independent, adjoining the owner's. It also offers a beautiful shaded terrace (with garden furniture) at the corner of a barn area. All of this is ideal for outdoor meals and grills, with the first hills of the Gers and the profile of the Pyrenees within sight. Remarks: No problem to park in the courtyard, in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Possibility to use the washing machine in the laundry room (with separate toilet) on the ground floor. Possibility of an additional 90 bed in one of the two bedrooms.
Located 1 hour 30 minutes from Toulouse, 25 km from Auch, 10 minutes from Mirande, the nearest small town with all its shops (restaurants, terrace bars, supermarkets, etc.), this house opens up to all the flavours, possibilities of leisure, entertainment and culture offered by the region: of course the local products of the Gers (foie gras, poultry, wines, Armagnac, etc.) but also on hikes (on foot, by bike, on horseback) in the nearby area and as far as the Pyrenees 1 hour away by car as well as on the rich architectural heritage of the Gers. All this without forgetting the many summer events: jazz festival in Marciac, contry music in Mirande, Latin dances in Vic-Fezensac, classical concerts at the abbey of Flaran, etc.
