The property was accurate in description. The hard surface floors were not very clean and having a 8 month old baby along with a 2 year old proved to be a concern. All other areas seemed alright. The appliances and kitchen supplies were older and in need of updating. There were 3 coffee pots, 2 had broken glass decanters and were stowed away in the cabinets. The only functioning coffee maker was a single serve pot that had incorrect parts and would leak coffee on the counter top. The dish washer had no wheels on the lower rack making it difficult to move. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and clean.The communication was quick. I was told that 48 hours prior to check in, I would receive instructions. I did not and while not the end of the world, I reached out and received the information within 5 minutes. It likely was an automated message that did not send for whatever reason. All communication was quickly answered.This location was very centered in what my family had planned for our visit. The strip is visible as you exit the sub division and is a very nice view, day or night. The Hoover dam is within 25 minutes as is the airport and the metro Vegas area.The pool/ hot tub was a bit confusing as the tenant is unable to control the hot tub. It is complimentary but you must message the host to turn it on. It would go on within a few minutes and is on a timer for 2 hours. A manual for the home, pool, hot tub and tv's would be a nice touch.

Great place for a group of guys

This property is as advertised, with the exception of the surrounding neighborhood. This house is exceptional, but I would not bring my family. Great place for a group of guys.

Reunited after 20 yrs

Every compliment I could give would be an understatement. Property is easy to find, great curb appeal, and as you open the door you are immediately engaged with a welcome aura. The property is well maintained, clean, with all of the things you will need to settle in, relax, and get comfortable. It's nestled in a great community, quiet but appropriately festive. I highly recommend staying at this property. Reasonable access to the strip, yet far enough to settle your nerves from all of Vegas's hyper energy.
