Perfectly situated, this 4-bedroom home is 1 block to the downtown Kroger, 1 block to a liquor store and 4 blocks to Savannah's historic Forsyth Park. This classic Victorian home was constructed in 1892 and retains much of the historic charm of the era, including 12-foot ceilings, 10-foot pocket doors, gorgeous crown molding, plantation shutters and more. Situated on a tree-lined, storybook street with brick sidewalks and Victorian architecture, this home is simply charming. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen with a massive island, 4 finely furnished bedrooms, 3 full baths, beautiful custom art, and 2 desk areas for remote working. Decorative fireplaces abound, with one in practically every room of the house, including a working wood-burning fireplace in the living area for those few cool Savannah evenings.

We came for a sister’s trip. We enjoyed our stay The house was clean and convenient to the historical district. If I would change anything it would be the lock on the front door could more secure but if this is a historical house that may not be feasible due to the authenticity of the property. Two covered parking spaces, about a 30 min walk to River street but plenty of places to eat close by. Picked up the hop on hop off trolley just a few blocks from the house. This was the perfect house! It was still walkable to the heart of downtown, but still had free street parking and a peaceful neighborhood! Decor and art was very cool and the beds were very cozy!
