Queen Anne Victorian Mansion. Experience. Five bedrooms, Plus loft area (6 Beds)/4.5 bath. Additional Trundle Bed with 2 Fulls, Sitting Room/Office with Queen Sleeper Sofa. Full Futon, and Twin Convertable chair. Total Beds 11.The home has been restored to its original charm. Two Blocks to Dot Free Shuttle running thru out the Historic District.. SBR-00164

Fantastic Victorian mansion, 2 blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park. Restored to original condition, this house is filled with unique woodwork, stained glasss windows and other features. Enter into large historic foyer which will bring you back to the late 1800`s. Parlor level includes living room, dining room, kitchen, butler`s pantry and powder room and Office/sitting room with convertable couch.. Beautiful kitchen is complete with new gas oven, microwave, two dishwashers, butler`s pantry and fireplace. The original grand staircase takes you to the living quarters where you will find four meticulously restored bedrooms, each with its own charm. Two bedrooms have king and two have queen beds Two bedrooms have private baths and two share a Jack and Jill style full bathroom. The attic level includes a bathroom with freestanding copper tub as well as a large bedroom with king bed. We have full fulton and a trundle bed with two fulls. Loft area in TV room has a Queen bed. Gas fireplaces thru-out the house. Double decks overlook beautifully designed yard with walkways and fountain. This home was designed by William Preston Gibbons, a renowned architect recognized for designing many of the most notable buildings in Savannah.
Perfect vacation rental that can accommodate families and gatherings. One minute walk to full grocery store. Yard has a few areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Table by the fountain, Patio with chairs in the rear.
Three off street parking spaces are available to guests. Streets are not metered so parking tends to be available as well on Gwinnett.

Free Dot Shuttle stop two blocks from the house at Gwinnett and Drayton. Runs thru out the Historic District.

Wireless internet, Internet TV

We will typically provide arrival instructions and leave guests to enjoy the house. Always available by phone or email to answer any questions.

Property is in Historic district and close to all savannah has to offer

Less than 15 minute walk to the River, Free Dot Shuttle close by.

Basement level of house is not part of the rental space. Access to the house is thru the front door and side door on right side of the house.

We do provide queen air mattresses and a queen cot with foam mattress should guests prefer their own sleeping space.

Had a great experience from start to finish! It was a breeze to reach out to Michael with all my questions prior to arrival. The house was amazing, and everything we wanted on our first trip to Savannah. We enjoyed spending time in the living and dining room. The kitchen was fully equipped for one of our evening dinners in. Kroger is right across the street which was also a huge plus!

This property is very lovely classic from the 1880s, well maintained and well equipped. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and cooking ware. It was a nice touch having Keurig coffee pods supplied by the host. We were a group of ten men and everyone had a comfortable bed.

Everything was fantastic! The house is beautiful with such fine historical appointments. Easily handled our party of eight, as well as a few more dinner guests. Kitchen, cookware and dinnerware were 1st class - no cobbled together mismatched settings here! Host Michael was really terrific as well - great communication and responsiveness. Not to mention, he also reached out on his own initiative to offer an accommodation for a scheduling issue we faced. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing! Plenty of room for our party of 10. The best part was sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch having coffee and visiting with each other. Walking distance from everything. Parking was easy. Michael is the most responsive property manager! So awesome and helpful!!

This property was really great. The location was very close to the DOT transport which took us downtown and we were able to walk to a brunch place 2 blocks from the house. We had a minor issue which was taken care of by Michael incredibly fast. It was spacious for our 11 guests and we didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen area was big and had all the utensils we needed. The kitchen table seated everyone comfortably. We all got to hang out in the common spaces and there were great outdoor areas for us to sit on the porch and garden. Overall really great stay!

Best House in Savannah

This was our 2nd stay at Harden House in Savannah and by far the best vacation rental in the city. The house is steps away from Forsyth Park and next door to a Kroger with a Starbucks inside. What more could you need? Dedicated parking and Yard space- both hard things to find in the city. Harden House is immaculately clean and the most well-stocked rental I have stayed in before. We love this house and will be back.

Perfect Golf Weekend Home
