Villa with swimming pool in the picturesque Madonie mountains of Sicily

In the middle of an olive grove lies our villa, Casa Mario, far from tourism in the Madonie Mountains of Sicily. The villa is furnished in a country house style and offers all the comforts you would not want to miss at home. The upper area is equipped with a modern kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, electric oven, Italian coffee maker, Bosch fridge), two bedrooms, living room, dining room and a guest toilet. An external staircase leads to the lower area, which again has a bedroom with 4 beds, a small kitchen and a shower room. There are two terraces: the upper one is equipped with two parasols and a wooden table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers. The lower terrace is covered, has a lava stone table with 8 chairs, a brick grill, a couch with a table and a small cupboard for plates, cutlery and glasses. In the middle of the spacious garden (1 hectare), surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and olive trees, is the swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) about 100 meters from the lower terrace. There are four loungers, a Dedon basket as well as a couch group with shade-giving parasols and an awning. The pool is filled with saline water and is automatically supplied with the respective chemicals.
