This is a great house! It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and the outdoor space is great. We had 10 adults and it fit us all nicely. If we are back in that area, we would rent again!
Plenty of room for a group of 5 friends, with space to keep our bicycles in a garage space at night. Location provides easy access to many paved, local roads for a fun girls cycling weekend. Plenty of s’mores supplies and dry wood for an evening backyard fire on a chilly early fall night. Large living room and dining area off the kitchen for memorable social gatherings.
It was very clean, spacious, close to the water, everything we needed was there for us. We had 8 adults and 4 children and we all loved it alot. Enough bathrooms and showers and bedrooms, big table and chairs, nice deck, dock too.
Th house had plenty of space for our family of 12. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cookware, etc. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards, as well as outdoor games provided. There was a nice area for a campfire. Host was easy to contact.
Very well stocked home. Inside and outside. Very comfortable for the 9 of us. 5 adults and 4 kids. We ate most meals in using the well stocked kitchen and the blackstone and grill. Enjoyed the outdoor fire table and fire pit. Successfully fished off the dock. Kids played in both the front and backyard. Wiffle ball game was fun! We were able to dock our rented pontoon which we used every day out on the flowage! Outdoor deck furniture very comfortable.Karla got back to us on any questions immediately.
We had 7 adults in our group. The house is very comfortable, the dining table was great (giving us plenty of space to play board games in the evenings), and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to store our bicycles in the garage (which helped because it rained hard during the night). They have a good lawn space for games and the dock and outdoor seating areas are lovely. Burnet Island State Park is minutes away and beautiful. We highly recommend the ice cream at Dylan’s Dairy in Cornell. The hosts were responsive to questions. Thanks for the great stay!
Check in was very simplicitic. The kitchen was extremely well equipped but not as clean as it should have been. The microwave needed to be cleaned. The ovens were not clean either. Outside around entrance doors hadn't been swept in ages. Cobwebs filled with pine needles. Most of the outdoor furniture was also covered with cobwebs. I live on the water am aware of the spider challenge, but this was badly in need of a good sweeping. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Nice layout and furnishings were suitable We would return.
Everything was great! Owners had excellent communication and there was plenty of space and lots to do for the kids and adults. Great for families with all ages!
Great place for a group of 6. Plenty of room. I am the cook for the group and this had the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have rented in the past 15 years!
We were impressed with the cleanliness of this home. It was well stocked with almost everything you would need. There was a lot of room for family to spread out and have their space. We had fun kayaking, fishing, playing yard games and having a bonfire.
Came with adult children to stay since we were attending a family wedding in the area. The house was actually better than the pictures and we had plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely recommend!
